How much does shipping cost?
USPS Ground shipping is free on orders $25+
USPS Ground shipping is $5.95 on all orders under $25
US Priority Mail shipping is $9.95
US Express Mail shipping is $35.95
When should I expect my order?
We typically ship within 48 hours, Monday through Friday from New York. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
USPS Ground takes 3-5 business days (not guaranteed)
USPS Priority Mail take 2-3 business days
USPS Express Mail takes 1-2 business days
Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your new jewelry! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. If multiple earrings are being returned we will only accept one pair of each material opened. The rest must be unopened. For our necklaces, bracelets, and rings, all must be returned with their tag still attached. Kindly mail the items back to our address. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded. When we receive the return in the mail we will then refund your card.
