I recently had my baby’s ears pierced using the Blomdahl System, and I’m so glad I chose this method. As a parent, safety and hygiene were my top priorities, and Blomdahl delivered on both fronts.
Everything was sterile and single-use. My baby’s skin has had no reaction. Even as a side sleeper, my baby doesn’t seem to notice them at all, very lightweight.
I have even been able to sleep in these earrings with no itching, no gunk forming around the earring holes and no little lumps behind my ears. They are tiny, but they are lovely and now that I know this works, I’ll be looking to slowly grow my collection of earrings I can actually wear.
They are lightweight and have a decent amount of pretty sparkle. No ear allergic reaction, so my skin says thank you! They look to be high quality and made well, and I love that they are made in a reputable country for product excellence (Sweden). I chose this product over other similar items bc of the medical grade titanium, the variety of sizes offered (I went with 6mm- love it), the reputation of the company, the online coupons available, and the 2-tone bezel design. I hate prongs- they pull my hair. This product has smooth, gentle surfaces that don't snag my hair. I prefer golden over silver and love 2-tone. If I could mention one area for improvement, it would be that the gold plating on these is not shiny enough; it is a bit too dull.
