The Brilliance Plenary Earrings are dainty, 5mm medical-grade titanium set with seven sparkling Crystals. Each crystal is cut to look exactly like a jewelry quality diamond that sparkles in the light. Choose from many fun colors!

The setting is a highly polished silver-colored coating that shimmers when you wear them. Like the rest of Blomdahl USA’s collection, these 5mm silver stud earrings are hypoallergenic. The coating is only on the face of the earring. The back of the earring and post are pure titanium, which is nickel-free and naturally hypoallergenic. We sell them by the pair, and they come with titanium backs.
